1. OVERVIEW

The primary objective was to build a custom WordPress website. The site needed to match the design and the backend needed to be customized for easy updates.

We were sent a design file and upon review some of the design specs were not recommended. Such as the sizes of sections in the map and fonts.

The map content functionality of hover and scroll is a challenging responsive feature. On the backend a system allowing for easy changes to the map content would be required.

Upon receiving the final design from the client we did a quick evaluation. We gave our UI feedback and recommendations which we were careful to not take away from the design but would improve the overall UX of the site.

The client graciously accepted our recommendations which we implemented on the build.

One of the requirements was to enable the client to easily make content edits to the site. For this we built a custom plugin which gave them the ability to change specific content easily. From testimonials to map content.
